Early Jalapeno Pepper is perfect for shorter season where other  types of Jalapeno peppers don't have time to mature. Fruits grow to 3" and can be harvested when either dark green or bright red. Early Jalapeno peppers typically have a Scoville rating of 2,000 to 8,000.
