A hardy perennial, Garlic Chives is easy to grow from seed and will provide gardeners with years of enjoyment. Popular in Asian and French cuisine, it can also be grown as an aromatic ornamental.

Grows in tight clumps, spreading easily year after year. Flowers are also edible and of a soft white color. Spicier than common chives, Garlic Chives gives definite garlic flavor and should be added to dishes at the very end of cooking to preserve its flavor.
